MedTech Participates in Project Homeless Connect

MedTech Healthcare Solutions is proud to participate in the 2016 Project Homeless Connect & Resource Day. The event will take place on Tuesday, August 2nd from 10am – 3pm at the University of Bridgeport.

Project Homeless Connect is a national initiative of the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness.  This will be the seventh annual Project Homeless Connect event that the Greater Bridgeport Area Continuum of Care has sponsored.  The event is a day-long opportunity for our homeless and unstably housed community members to receive the community and social services they need.  Providers of housing, mental health, legal, employment, and medical services will come together with homeless individuals to address their needs in a ‘one-stop shopping’ atmosphere. Last year, Bridgeport’s PHC event served more than 300 individuals and families.  This year, the project hopes to at least that amount and likely will as the event becomes more popular with each year.
