Shipping Information

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process and ship.  We offer a few shipping options for customers to select from during checkout. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the order has been shipped.

Refund Policy

If you received a damaged product, please keep the product and contact us at (203) 298-0677 or email us at info@medtechhealthcare.com. We will give you directions on how to proceed at that time.

If you want to return a product for any reason, it must be sealed in it’s original packaging to receive a refund. Please contact us at (203) 298-0677 or email us at info@medtechhealthcare.com in regards to your issues. Returns must be completed within 5 business days of receipt.

Please note we will not refund any added shipping fees.
