Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process and ship. We offer a few shipping options for customers to select from during checkout. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the order has been shipped.
If you received a damaged product, please keep the product and contact us at (203) 298-0677 or email us at email@example.com. We will give you directions on how to proceed at that time.
If you want to return a product for any reason, it must be sealed in it’s original packaging to receive a refund. Please contact us at (203) 298-0677 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in regards to your issues. Returns must be completed within 5 business days of receipt.
Please note we will not refund any added shipping fees.
